A; During a live Pyjama meditation session there will be some gentle mindful movement, a seated practice and perhaps some walking meditation.
At the end of the session there will be a chance to reflect on the practice and share with the group if you wish to.
Seated practice will be no longer than 25 minutes and you may sit on a bolster, a chair or on your mat. You may also find a comfortable position lying down if you prefer.
There are blankets, cushions, bolsters and yoga mats available for you and you may also bring in your own cushion and mat if you prefer.
A; There are a range of guided meditations including visual guided meditations and mindfulness guided meditations.
There is also a range of journaling exercises for you to do at your own pace. All content is pre-recorded and available to you once you log into the website citycalmcc.com and click through to the members area.
The on demand membership is £8 per month / £4 per month for students or people on a low income using the discount code displayed on the checkout page.
